SHIPPING POLICY
NolaCajun.com has a dedicated commitment to ensuring
the safe and efficient delivery of our food products to your home or business.
We are constantly developing and improving our packaging system to make our
packages as light and durable as possible to reduce the shipping cost to our
customers. We are also constantly working with our shipping vendor to get the
best shipping rates possible. NolaCajun.com takes pride in bringing the best
shipping rates and service to our customers. For a more cost-effective shipping
solution, please review our Ground rate which is the lowest in the industry.
Non-Perishable Shipping
· All NolaCajun non-perishable items are
shipped with FedEx or USPS. The shipping methods available are Ground
(2-8 business days), Express (2 business days), and Overnight (by next business
day).
· Our non-perishable items are shipped
according to the following time table for all shipping methods (i.e. Ground,
Express, Overnight). We use plenty of bubble wrap and filler to ensure your
products arrive to you in perfect condition.
Monday –Thursday - All orders
placed will ship the next business day.
Thursday-Sunday - All orders placed
will ship on Monday
Note: NolaCajun will do its best to
follow the shipping time table above but the time table is just an approximated
shipping schedule.
· If an order containing a
non-perishable item is received and is in an unsatisfactory condition, a notice
by email to Sales@nolacajun.com must be placed within 24 hours of
delivery otherwise the sale is final. A photo may be required.
· If a non-perishable item is damaged in
transit, NolaCajun.com reserves the right to credit the customer the cost of
the product or re-send the item. If an item is sent twice and the
delivery still arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, the customer will
receive a credit for the damaged product.
Perishable Shipping
· All NolaCajun Turduckens, Turducken
Rolls and Stuffed Chickens are shipped FedEx 2Day or Ground (depending on
location) in order to provide you with the freshest possible
product. All other
perishable items are shipped based on the shipping service you select and your
location from our office in Louisiana.
· Our
perishable items are shipped according to the following time table.
Monday –Wednesday - All orders
placed will ship the next business day
Thursday-Sunday - All orders placed
will ship on Monday
Note: NolaCajun will do its best to
follow the shipping time table above but the time table is an approximated

Note: NolaCajun will not ship a
perishable item that will run over a weekend. This is done to ensure your
perishable items will not arrive spoiled. Please keep in mind that if you
select a shipping method for your perishable order that would run over a
weekend, NolaCajun will make an effort to contact you to determine if you would
like to change your shipping method. If we are unable to contact you in regards
to changing your shipping method, NolaCajun reserves the right to ship your
item the following Monday.
· If an order containing a perishable

delivery otherwise the sale is final. A photo may be required.
· Nolacajun’s effective perishable
packaging solution will ensure your products arrive frozen as they were
intended. NolaCajun.com is not responsible or liable for deliveries where the
customer is not available to receive the order. All perishable food orders are
final. If our shipping vendor fails to deliver your package on time (and your
perishables are spoiled), you will receive a refund for your order and shipping
charges incurred. There are no product or money back guarantees on GROUND
shipments. Please note that we do not ship perishable foods over the weekend.
· If a perishable item is damaged in
transit, NolaCajun.com reserves the right to credit the customer the cost of
the product or re-send the item. If an item is sent twice and the
delivery still arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, the customer will receive
a credit for the damaged product.
· Easter candy is suggested to be
delivered using FedEx Express delivery. The
Easter candy is made of chocolate so it is prone to melt in high
temperatures. All orders
not using FedEx Express shipping are not subject to a refund or re-shipment of
order.
Your Order Contains Perishable &
Non-Perishable Items
· If your order contains both perishable
and non-perishable items, NolaCajun will ship your items in 2 separate
shipments that could arrive on different days.
EMAIL NOTIFICATION ONCE ORDER PLACED
After your checkout process is complete,
NolaCajun.com customers will receive an email notification stating the order is
currently being processed. Once your package is ready for shipment, you will be
notified via email with a tracking number that your order has been picked-up by
shipping carrier. If you are unsure of when you will receive your shipment and
would like clarification, please send an email to Shipping@nolacajun.com with
your order number and name so we can further assist you.
KING CAKES
· All NolaCajun.com King Cakes are
shipped NEXT DAY unless otherwise specified in the Delivery drop-down box.
However, NolaCajun strongly recommends that king cakes are shipped NEXT DAY to
ensure maximum freshness.
· NolaCajun.com will ship king cakes
Monday through Thursday year-round. All orders placed after 12:00 P.M. on
Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday. If an order
containing a king cake is received and is in an unsatisfactory condition, a
notice by email sent to Sales@nolacajun.com must be placed within 24 hours of
delivery otherwise the sale is final. A photo may be required.
MUFFULETTA BREAD
If an order containing muffuletta bread is
received and is in an unsatisfactory condition, notice by email to Sales@nolacajun.com must be placed within 24 hours of
delivery otherwise the sale is final. At that time, Nolacajun.com will
make a determination of how to proceed. A photo may be required.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
NolaCajun.com has partnered with a trusted
third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our
International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our
Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your
items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay
by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout
will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once
your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International
Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
International shipping is currently available
WORLDWIDE from NolaCajun.com. Our third party vendor, International Checkout,
will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.
