Boscoli Foods, Inc. was established in 1992. Boscoli Family Italian Olive Salad is a wonderful medley of pickled cauliflower, carrots, celery, green olives, black olives and capers, combined with their special blend of spices and select 100% olive oil, still hand-made using their own 100 year old family recipe. The Boscoli Family product line has expanded to include herbed, extra virgin olive oils, infused olive oils, stuffed olives, giardiniera, sun dried tomatoes, capers and several varieties of pickled vegetables. Boscoli Foods Inc. products are produced in Kenner, LA.
