Boscoli Family Italian Olive Salad is a wonderful medley of pickled cauliflower, carrots and celery, green olives, black olives and capers, combined with our special blend of spices and select 100% olive oil, still hand-made using our own 100 year old family recipe. The Boscoli Family product line has expanded to include herbed, extra virgin olive oils, infused olive oils, stuffed olives, giardiniera, sun dried tomatoes, capers and several varieties of pickled vegetables. Boscoli Foods Inc. products are produced in Kenner,LA.
