Soon after opening their famous Front Porch Restaurant in 1977, Chefs Edgar and Maurice Williams' unique style of deep-injecting meats with their special meat marinades began attracting guests from all around the world, earning Restaurant of the Year Honors and numerous other awards in competitions around the country. Cajun Injector has since been bought by Bruce Foods of New Iberia, LA.
