Directions:
Heat a cast iron skillet over high heat for at least 10 minutes. Drop fillets in melted butter. Shake Cajun Land Blackened Redfish Seasoning on both sides of fillets. Drop into skillet and cook for 45 seconds on each side. Serve immediately.
