Great flavor and spice without oppressive heat

I first had this sauce at a fish restaurant in California. It was not available at any supermarket in my area, but I could not forget the taste. Great on fish, deviled eggs, and steaks and chops. Pour a little on your sunny side eggs and go from bland to exciting.

We have been using this for 20 years. We add beer to it or use it straight for a marinade on steak or chicken.
