TONY'S SWEET & CRUNCHY HUSH PUPPIES
1 box Tony Chachere's Hush Puppy Mix
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 (7 ounce) can corn (with liquid)
In a deep fryer, heat oil to 350 degree.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot oil.
Cook until golden brown.
Yields about 30 sweet and crunchy hush puppies.
1. Preheat oil to 350 degrees. Combine contents of package with 1 egg and 1/2 cup milk. Mix well.
2. Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot oil. Cook about 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown.
3. Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot. Yields 24 hush puppies.
