NolaCajun's Turducken Roll is the combination of a seasoned turkey breast, layered with lean duck breast and chicken then stuffed and netted. Because of the wonderful taste explosion and ease of preparation, the Turducken Roll is fast becoming a holiday tradition in most homes and we hope it will become your tradition in the future. The weight of the Turducken Roll is 5 to 7 lbs. and should feed approximately 10 to 12 people.

Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit. Remove plastic bag, netting stays in place and put completely thawed roll in a non-stick roasting pan or one that has been sprayed with cooking oil. Cover with foil and bake approximately 2 hours. Remove foil and bake additional 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown in color. Basting with butter helps achieve the golden brown color and also keeps the roll moist. Internal temperature must reach 165° Fahrenheit. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes, cut and remove netting. Carve, serve and enjoy!
