The Wild Rice Pecan Stuffing begins with ground pork, onions, celery, and bell pepper which are slowly cooked and smothered for several hours. Our own special blend of seasoning is added to ensure a very flavorful stock. During this time natural wild rice is cooked and added to cooked long grain white rice. All the above is then mixed by hand, adding sliced black olives and pecans.

NolaCajun's Turducken Roll is the combination of a seasoned turkey breast, layered with lean duck breast and chicken then stuffed and netted. Because of the wonderful taste explosion and ease of preparation, the Turducken Roll is fast becoming a holiday tradition in most homes and we hope it will become your tradition in the future. The weight of the Turducken Roll is 5 to 7 lbs. and should feed approximately 10 to 12 people. 

Cooking Instructions are included with the turducken.  

All poultry products are USDA inspected.

Ingredients

Turkey (partially deboned except for wings, containing up to 5.5% of a solution of turkey broth, salt, sodium phosphate, sugar, hydrolyzed soy protein, and flavoring), Water, Long Grain White Rice enriched with ferric orthophosphate (iron), niacin, thiamine mononitrate (thiamine), folic acid (folate), Duck Breast Meat,  100% extra fancy wild rice, Chicken Breast & Thigh Meat, Pork sausage (pork, Kosher salt, yellow prussiate of soda (anticaking agent), pepper, marjoram, sage, water, crushed red pepper, garlic powder), Pecans, Green bell pepper, Black olives (water, salt and ferrous lactate added to stabilize color), Butter (partially hydrogenated soybean oil and liquid soybean oil, water, butter  (cream, salt), salt, non-fat dry milk, soybean lecithin, sodium benzoate  as a preservative, artificial flavor, vitamin A palmitate added,  colored with beta carotene), Onion, Celery, Celery Salt, Salt, Black Pepper, Red Pepper

Cooking Instructions:  (Keep product frozen until ready to use):

Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit.  Remove plastic bag, netting stays in place and put completely thawed roll in a non-stick roasting pan or one that has been sprayed with cooking oil.  Cover with foil and bake approximately 2 hours.  Remove foil and bake additional 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown in color.  Basting with butter helps achieve the golden brown color and also keeps the roll moist.  Internal temperature must reach 165° Fahrenheit.  Let stand 10 to 15 minutes, cut and remove netting.  Carve, serve and enjoy!
