Big Easy Foods Boudin Balls are Louisiana’s legendary famous comfort food. These 2 ounce boudin balls, crispy on the outside and soft, moist and savory on the inside, are filled with pork meat and rice boudin mixture then bathed in egg wash and layered with bread crumbs and flour. Perfect for frying or baking!

Partners Larry Avery and Mark Abraham began The Big Easy Company over a decade ago selling sausage and boudin in Southwest Louisiana stores. Their popularity grew so they expanded and are now located on Ryan Street in Lake Charles, LA. Today, Big Easy Foods still sells sausage and boudin, but also offers over 30 other products including the finest wild caught shrimp, boneless chickens, tur-duc-hens, Louisiana entrees, and meat pies (empanadas).
