What if I cannot find a particular item I am looking for?

The NolaCajun Sales team is constantly searching and adding new products to the site. If there is a product we do not currently offer, please email us at We will do our best to locate your product, and once located, our Sales team will directly contact you to notify you of the status of your special request.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.

How do you handle backorders?

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you via email asking if you would like to back order that item, or if you would like us to forward your order immediately. Back-ordered items generally arrive in our warehouse within 1 to 4 days. If you choose to back order, we will proceed with shipping your original order and will bill your credit card for those items being shipped. After we receive new stock, we will then ship your back-order and will bill your credit card accordingly, along with new shipping charges.

Is compliant with the PCI DSS and what is PCI?

PCI (Payment Card Industry) DSS (Data Security Standards) is a set of comprehensive requirements developed by American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and other payment brands. Can I order if I do not want to use my credit card on the Internet?

Absolutely. Our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to accept your order by phone. Just submit a contact form with the your name, phone number, email address, shipping address and products you would like to order and one of our representatives will contact you shortly.

Does charge a sales tax?

Enjoy your shopping at tax-free unless you reside in the state of Louisiana. All purchases shipped to a Louisiana business or residence will be charged a 4% sales tax.

What happens if, for some reason, I receive damaged products?

We take extra precaution in packing your content to ensure it arrives undamaged by using high quality corrugated boxes and ample box fillers. All jars and glass items are wrapped in air-bubble cushioning followed by the use of anti-static peanut shaped loose fill to eliminate movement of contents during shipment. In the event that you receive damaged product, please contact us at within 24 hours of receiving your package. Please retain all packaging material for our freight carrier’s collection. Let us know which item was damaged, and we will ship you an identical replacement to you at no charge or refund you the cost of the product.

We guarantee you will have a great shopping experience with us at However, if you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 10 days of receiving your purchase. Unless the return is due to an error made by and determined so by a NolaCajun CSR, we cannot refund shipping charges. will not accept returns on any items that have been opened or where the tamper evident seal has been broken. All perishable food sales are final with no refund with the exception of a product being expired.

PLEASE NOTE: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs if you are asking for a refund and are not satisfied with your order. will only pay the shipping cost for damaged merchandise returned. Allow 15 days from the time you return your package for a full refund to your credit card or exchange of goods. We will notify you via email as soon as the refund or exchange is complete.

Can I send a package to a different location?

Yes, our checkout function allows you to enter a shipping address that is different from your billing address so you can send gifts to friends and relatives.

Can I cancel an order?

After you receive your email notification and purchase order confirmation form, you may cancel your order within 3 hours. Simply send us an email with your order # to stating that you would like to cancel your order.
