Cooking Directions: Mix 5 Tbsp. of LA Shrimp Fry Batter Mix in ½ cup water. Dip shrimp in batter Roll shrimp in remaining dry LA Shrimp Fry Seafood Batter Mix until coated. Deep fry shrimp at 350ºF until internal temperature is 145ºF and until golden brown 10 ounces coats approximately 3-4 lbs. of seafood
