In 1947, brothers Vincent, John and Bennie Manda founded Manda Brothers Provision Company in Baton Rouge, LA. After many years of experimenting, they developed what is known today as Manda Fine Meats. These meat products include many varieties of smoked sausages, Cajun andouille, boudin, and an array of authentic, uniquely flavored Cajun deli meats; including cooked roast beef, spicy turkey breast, and smoked hams. Today, three grandsons of Vincent Manda - Tommy, Bobby, and Steve Yarborough - serve together as owners and operators of the company.
Orders placed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday will be shipped the following day. Orders placed Wednesday-Saturday (depending on location) will be shipped the following Monday unless Overnight delivery is chosen. Overnight orders placed Monday- Wednesday before 7 AM will be shipped on the same day, orders placed after 7AM will ship the following day.
