CORN AND CRAB BISQUE
2 cups milk 2 tablespoons butter
2 cups heavy cream 1 (11 ounce) can corn
1 package Tony Chachere's 1/2 pound crabmeat
Cream Sauce Base 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
In a saucepan, combine milk, cream, and cream sauce package.
Mix well. Bring to a boil. Add remaining ingredients.
Cook for 5 to 8 minutes, until thick. Serve warm.
STOVE TOP DIRECTIONS
1. In a saucepan, bring 2 cups milk, 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, and contents of package to a boil.
2. For preparation with shrimp (1/2 pound), add immediately. Let simmer 7 minutes. For other cooked seafood or cooked chicken (1/2 pound), add 3 minutes into simmer.
3. Stir occasionally. Serve over cooked pasta, hot steamed rice or baked potato.
