
ZEA Rotisserie's Pepper Jelly Vinaigrette
In 1990, three energetic and creative chefs, Hans Limburg, Greg Reggio, and Gary Darling joined together to form an experienced culinary and restaurant development team. The company's mission was clear: To develop and operate unique restaurant concepts and to provide a wide array of consulting services to the industry. The first Zea was started in 1997 in Harahan, LA (suburb of New Orleans) and today has expanded to several locations throughout Louisiana, Pensacola, FL, Mobile, AL, Plano, TX, and Albuquerque, NM.
