Since 1972, Cajun Land's main business has been custom blending spices for major stores and restaurants in Louisiana. With success in the wholesale market Deep South Blenders decided in 1984 to apply their spice expertise to the retail market. Thus the birth of Cajun Land Brand spices. Since the introduction of Cajun Land Brand, you can find their spices used in the majority of Louisiana kitchens and in many famous New Orleans' restaurants.
