Big Bertha BBQ Sauce

Big Bertha is the name of the Barbecue grill that originated in Orange, Texas. After the move to Louisiana, it was quickly mastered to perfection. Not only is the food that comes off the grill mouthwatering and super delicious, but the kicker is the meat is so tender you don’t even need teeth to eat the meat. Ronnie Carlis and his devoted wife Natalie Carlis are the owners and founders of Big Bertha Barbecue. Much of their inspiration comes from their Mom's (Clara Carlis) and Mother-in-Law (Betty Wade). They would often sample our new rubs and sauces and also looked forward to sampling and critiquing its now perfected and pronounced taste of Texas-style smoked Barbecue.  Our friends and family would often gather over to our home where everyone enjoyed the food and would always come back for more. After every gathering, friends, and family would say you guys need to open your own restaurant, you would be great because your food is so GGRRREEAAATTT.
