NolaCajun's chickens are de-boned and stuffed, leaving only the wings for aesthetic purposes. Our stuffed chickens are great for a quick evening meal or for when unexpected guests arrive for dinner.
Whole deboned chicken (only wing bones remain) stuffed with Shrimp Étouffée - tender shrimp smothered in an authentic Cajun sauce of onions, celery, bell peppers, and tomatoes, mixed with rice. Stuffed chickens average 3 lbs and provide 4-5 servings
