Denicola's Jambalaya Mix
Jambalaya is a Cajun/Creole dish made typically in a large pot (cast-iron) from a mixture of Cajun meats, rice, and seasonings blended to produce a delicious dish. Similar in many ways to Spanish paella, the term "jambalaya" is derived from the Spanish 'jamon' for ham. Jambalaya is pronounced 'jahm-buh-LIE-uh' or 'jum-buh-LIE-uh'
