Manda Diced Smoked Ham
This smoked ham is diced and ready to use. It adds flavor and heartiness to hot meals and salads, and makes a tasty snack or hors d’oeuvre.
In 1947, brothers Vincent, John and Bennie Manda founded Manda Brothers Provision Company in Baton Rouge, LA. After many years of experimenting, they developed what is known today as Manda Fine Meats. These meat products include many varieties of smoked sausages, Cajun andouille, boudin, and an array of authentic, uniquely flavored Cajun deli meats; including cooked roast beef, spicy turkey breast, and smoked hams. Today, three grandsons of Vincent Manda - Tommy, Bobby, and Steve Yarborough - serve together as owners and operators of the company.
