Tony Mandina's Restaurant Red Gravy
Straight from Sicily to New Orleans, their "Red Gravy" recipe was born in the breathtaking hills of Salaparuta, Sicily in the late 1800's by "Maw Maw" Mandina. It is still proudly served in their restaurant today. This gravy is all natural, gluten free, and ready to heat and serve.
After 32 years they have now brought their famous recipe from their kitchen to yours with a touch of Sicilian Love.
